Delete your account
Request the deletion of your Botifarra.app account and all associated data — no need to have the app installed.
What gets deleted
- The account, username, avatar and settings.
- Game history, statistics, ELO and rankings.
- Progression: XP, level, achievements and streaks.
- Messages, friendships, blocks and notifications.
- Coins and their ledger.
- Posts, comments and reactions on La Sobretaula.
- Devices registered for notifications.
- Games in progress are treated as abandoned, and league and team memberships are withdrawn.
What is kept
Payment records are kept anonymised, as required by tax law. In the games you played, your name appears as “[Compte eliminat]”. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Subscriptions
A subscription bought on the App Store or Google Play is NOT cancelled when you delete your account: cancel it from the store settings. A subscription bought on the web (Stripe) is cancelled automatically.
If you have the app installed
You can also do it from the app: Profile → “Delete account”. The result is exactly the same.
